Is it ok to wear womens knickers to avoid VPL?

23,MALE and looking underwear to avoid VPL thought linen trousers and a fitted suit for a wedding. Some people recommended a womens thong or boy shorts from M&S?!?! WILL these even fit?!?! huh!
