Any handgun courses for minors?

i do not know south carolina rules. however, i do know that you have to find someone who teaches pistol/hand gun safety, usually in yellow pages and you need your own pistol. at your age, i do not think you could get the permit necrssary to even take the course. but a phone call costs little.
