I am a South African citizen and wish to marry a Pakistani citizen living in the UAE.?

I am a South African citizen and wish to marry a Pakistani citizen living in the UAE. We wish to marry in Cape Town and then live in the UAE. What does he need to come and visit me in Cape Town and how long can he stay (we are hoping for 1 month)? Can he visit and marry me on a visitors visa and what do I need to go back to Abu Dhabi and live with him? Please urgently help????
