Any real experience with a bed wet alarm?

Stop with the kid diapers if she's using them when unnecessary. Get two matress protectors. Put one on the bed, sheets then another matreess protector and sheets. When she wets the bed you can pull one layer off. It likely is a physical thing, but at 6, even if she wets the bed don't put a diaper/pull up on.
