Set background colour for passport photo?
any basic programs that come with windows 7 that allow me to set background colour for passport photo? need it for a British passport and background has to be cream or grey. would it b alot easier just using a grey or cream coloured bed linen and laying baby on that , taking photo than cutting outline out and placing onto the background?
