Will my Guinea Pig Stop Rumbling?

So I got my little 5 months old cavy (female) another 2-3 months old female. the moment she saw her she started rumbling and jumping on top of her like as if she wanted to mate with her and it sometimes looks like she's attacking her. I'm a little worried this won't stop within the time. Any suggestions on what I can do?
