Blue bottle fly was on food I ate, will i be ok?

We had a fry up this morning and a blue bottle landed on a sausage. I ate it cuz I didn't know. Would it have laid eggs on it? And if so, will the eggs hatch in me? That was about 10 hours ago and my belly is rumbling, not sore though!
