Cute idea for first WEDDING anniversary?

Our first anniversary is coming up soon, and I know the traditional gift should be something paper. Since my husband really isn't a fancy stationary kind of guy and he certainly doesn't/won't keep a journal, I'm pretty low on ideas for something paper to give him. I was thinking of doing a pencil sketch of our favorite photo together on this really nice linen-paper I saw at a stationary shop, and framing it. Would that just be too lame? Any other ideas?
