A few termite looking bugs in bed and linen closet? ?

A few days a go i was going to bed and felt something crawling on my arm, i turned on my light and it looked kind of like an ant sized termite. I killed the bug, turned off the light and proceeded to go back to bed. The next night the same exact thing happened to me and i killed the bug. The next morning i woke up to take a shower and grabbed a towel out of the linen closet and there was another one of these bugs but dead, then i went to take my shirt off for my shower and notices a dead bug on my shirt (probably in my bed). Does anybody know what kind of bug this is and if i should be concerned? I haven't seen any since and its been 3 or 4 days. Also I live in Florida.
