I can't download anything such as games.?

I can't download anything such as games recently I downloaded skype, oovoo, aim and itunes but I cannot download games like maplestory and rumble fighter? I turned off the firewall and tried it but it still does the same. it stops loading and google chrome says interrupted. so i went to internet explorer and it stops loading/downloading. I have windows 7. help
