Problem with Blackberry curve 3G from AT&T.?

Yesterday, AT&T's service crashed in south Florida, so everyone ( or mostly everyone's ) phones stopped working. But then, after the service was reportedly fixed, my blackberry was still not working. I can receive text messages, but I can't reply to them, or send them myself. I can't receive, or make calls either. But the web browsing, and applications like twitter still work. Does anybody else have this problem? I tried battery pulls already. Should I go to the store and try to have it fixed, or just get a new phone?
