Would drama be reason enough to quit your job?

I recently started at a hotel. I use to work overnights at another job but was fired. Since im not use to working day shifts Its been taking some adjusting and I started off pretty slow.. The girls training me started a rumor saying I was mentally slow. The person who told me (another co worker) has to be the most paranoid person Ive ever met in my life. He is always asking me if anyone is talking **** about him and I see him standing outside the laundry room ease dropping on everyone else. I confronted my boss about feeling uncomfortable. But the drama still continues. I also overheard my boss say there was nothing she could do about the drama since everyone is older and they aren't going to change. This is Absolutely ridiculous. There are never any linens or stuff I need stocked inside the closets so I have to run up and down all the floors to get stuff I need to clean the rooms. SO by the end of the day Im freaking exhausted. Would this be reason enough for you to want to quit.
