Help stop dust in room after cleaning?

I have a dust problem in my room. I dust/vacuum once a week and wash my linen one a month. I have a zip pillow cover over my pillows and a standard pillow cover over that. My sleeping blanket is done the same way also. I just washed my linen over the weekend and I am back to when I “leap or move my head” on my bed fine dust starts floating. I wash my walls and clean my fans. Also I have hardwood floors so it is easy to dust them. Can anyone help me on how to stop the dust in my room?
